Celcite Management Solutions, a provider of automatic optimization tools and services for wireless networks, has opened a new center in New Delhi and appointed Jeevan Sandhu as the managing director.
Prior to joining Celcite, Sandhu worked in the United States for Deloitte Consulting in its strategy and architecture team, covering technology, media and telecom vertical. He began his career in the wireless industry in India, where he helped to build and launch one of the first wireless networks in the state of Punjab. After consulting for equipment manufacturers and wireless service providers around the world, he joined a wireless operator in North America, where he led and successfully managed technology and software development initiatives as part of national engineering and strategy organization. During this time he led projects nationally on the launch of new technologies and on network planning and performance improvement initiatives especially in the wake of exponential data growth from their 3G and 4G network.
Sandhu holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecom engineering from Maharashtra India, and an executive MBA from The University of Washington.
