NEWTOWN, Pa. – ICT Group Inc. has expanded its business processing operations in India.

Having successfully operated in India since 2006, ICT Group recently relocated its BPO processing facility to a larger, state-of-the-art operations center in HiTech City, an established IT/BPO service delivery hub supporting the back-office needs of leading U.S.-based and other multi-national companies in Canada, Europe and Australia.

Currently equipped with 150 workstations, the company's HiTech City operations center has the capacity to expand to over 300 workstations, based on client/program demand.
