SAN MATEO, Calif. - Keynote Systems Inc., a provider of Web-performance measurement and management services has announced the acquisition of Hudson Williams, a privately owned consulting firm headquartered in the Wall Street financial district of Manhattan.
Keynote will integrate its Enterprise Solutions Group with Hudson Williams's professional services team, said the company. Nell Cote, founder and CEO of Hudson Williams, will become the director of Keynote's East coast Enterprise Solutions Group.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Keynote's customers in the New York City and the East coast will be the primary beneficiaries, said the company.
Hudson Williams has provided IT- performance analysis for companies such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., American International Group Inc., BP Plc. and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
